Looking for that perfect Christmas present?  Please consider a commemorative brick for your family.  Your family name, a significant event or your graduation can be permanently memorialized within our church grounds.  Cost is $200 per brick.  Order forms are available in the church foyer.

All wrapped gifts need to be returned to the parish office by Monday for distribution before Christmas.

Please join us for Advent Parish Mission “The Casts of Advent” on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, December 4th-6th from 6:30-7:30 pm in the church.  Guest speaker will be Bishop Robert E. Guglielmone. 

There will be NO healing Mass on Tuesday, Dec. 5th.  Everybody is encouraged to attend the Advent Mission.

Announcements for the weekend of November 19, 2023

The Parish Office will be closed at noon on Wednesday, November 22nd and all day Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23rd and 24th, in observance of Thanksgiving.  We will reopen on Monday, November 27th.  Have a safe Thanksgiving! 

Please note:  Thanksgiving Day Mass will be at 9:00 am.  There will be no 7:00 am Mass. 

The Women’s Guild will be having their annual BAKE SALE this weekend after all Masses.  

Applications for the Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Angel Tree Program are available in the vestibule and the parish office. They are due back in the office no later than November 27th.

The Ladies of Peter Claver will host a Christmas Luncheon for Seniors 60+ at St. Anne Parish Hall on December 2nd from 11:30am – 2:00pm.  This is free to all seniors 60 years or older.  Please check the bulletin insert for more information.

Representatives from the Adorno Fathers Foundation will be outside after Mass selling Raffle Tickets to help support the Foundation. The Adorno Fathers Foundation exists to help Adorno Seminarians and retired priests with funds for emergencies. Your generosity is much appreciated. 

The Women’s Guild will be having their annual BAKE SALE on Nov. 18-19th after all Masses.  

The next Women’s Guild meeting will be on Saturday, November 18th starting at 10:00 am in St. Anne Parish Hall.   The focus will be unveiling the mask of Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia.  Come and bring a friend.

  • We will have a Healing Mass and Anointing of the Sick this Tuesday at 7PM after Benediction.  Anointing will take place during the Mass.  This is for any Catholic who is seriously ill, elderly, handicapped or will be undergoing surgery within the next several days.

Announcements for the weekend of October 29, 2023

There will be NO Confirmation or Religious Ed. Classes on Wednesday, Nov. 1st for All Saints Day.  We will resume classes on Wednesday, Nov. 8th. 

Please check your bulletin for All Saints Day Mass schedule.  There will be an All Souls Mass at St. Lawrence Cemetery on Thursday starting at 12:00pm.

Liturgical Ministry Training- All Confirmed individuals who are in Communion with the church are invited to be a part of the Liturgical Ministry.  Training for new Eucharistic Ministers will be Sunday, October 29, 2:00-4:00PM.  Training for new Lectors and Ushers will be Friday, November 3, 6:30-8:30PM.  Email Donna or contact the parish office if interested. 

Knights of Peter Claver Auxiliary will host their 8th annual shopping extravaganza on Nov. 4th from 8am-2pm at St. Anne’s Parish Hall.  They are still accepting vendor applications.  Check your bulletin for more information.

It is that time of year again! Sumter United Ministries has asked our parish to donate 150 cans of Cranberry Sauce for their Thanksgiving baskets.  All donations are needed in the Parish office by Wednesday, November 15th. 

The young adults are planning a trip to Mepkin Abbey on Saturday, Nov. 4th.   Please read your bulletin for more details or contact Nathan Costas.
